Andrew Jamieson
Chief Executive Officer, Ibex Oil Explorations Services Ltd.
Andrew Jamieson brings a wealth of experience to Ibex Oil having served as CEO of some of Asia’s leading financial institutions. He has worked in the investment industry since 1981, beginning his career with Vickers da Costa, later moving to Robert Fleming and Co before being recruited to help launch Peregrine International in 1989 where he was CEO of Peregrine International Securities.
Andrew later became CEO for Santander Investment Secrutities, then the major Banco Santander acquired PISL. He went on to launch two successful hedge funds and an Asian corporate advisory business for Mirabaud et Cie before joining the merchant bank MG Capital to establish a corporate advisory arm for them in China.
In addition to his responsibilities at Ibex Oil Exploration, Andrew is a director of MG Global Investments and MG Maple Capital who offer specialist funds and investment services for both capital market and private equity opportunities and are based in London.
William Athill
Chief Operating Officer, Ibex Oil Explorations Services Ltd.
William Athill has over 25 years of oilfield logistics experience to bring to the company, beginning as logistics manager during TPDC's five offshore well program on Songo Songo island, Tanzania, and going on to run the logistics operation for Agip/Amoco in Mnazi bay, Tanzania.
Subsequently, he's managed rig mobilisation and international delivery for many companies including Esso, Amoco Madagasscar, Occidental, Hunt Oil, Nabors Drilling International, Parker Drilling, Aminex Plc, and Artumas Energy. He has wide experience of oilfield project management and over the course of his career has been responsible for delivering drill rigs into some of the world's most difficult and hostile environments.
Ben Macfarlane
Vice-President Legal and Contracts, Ibex Oil Explorations Services Ltd.

Ben Macfarlane is a solicitor and principal of the firm B.J. Macfarlane & Co, a specialist in insurance shipping and trade matters. Prior to setting up his own company he was a partner at Clyde & Co for fifteen years.
He has 20 years of experience as a lawyer working in London, Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore on substantial shipping and insurance matters. Ben is a graduate of Oxford University and sits on the Insurance Institute of London's Committee for Financial Services.
Tony Power
Vice-President North America, Ibex Oil Explorations Services Ltd.
Tony Power has been employed in the international petroleum industry for over 30 years. He has managed projects in over 20 oil producing countries and his body of experience includes many high profile and complex start-ups such as Mobil Hibernia, (East Coast Canada, Newfoundland), Shell Urdaneta, (Venezuela), the Exxon, (Rasgas) North Field Extension gas development in Qatar and The Artumas Group Mnazi Bay development in Tanzania.
His experience has been diverse and comprehensive, spanning the full range of Offshore and Onshore Drilling and Completions activity on a global basis. This activity has included MODU, Fixed Platform and Land Rig moves to remote, environmentally sensitive and harsh drilling locations around the Earth. Tony is also CEO of Corregidor Consulting Inc, an integrated Petroleum Engineering and Operations consulting firm based in Canada.
Captain Peter Greiner
Worldwide Shipping Manager, Ibex Oil Explorations Services Ltd.
Capt Peter Greiner gained his master’s certificate in Bremerhaven, spending ten years at sea, before joining Smit International Towage. In 1977 Peter joined Smit Lloyd in London and Aberdeen managing their new oilfield office.
In 1981 Peter started a clearing and forwarding business and managed his own fleet of vessels, Afris Line, operating in the Gulf. In tandem with his responsibilties at Ibex, he runs Marcol consultancy, advising on oil and construction related shipping issues. He has over thirty five years experience in the international maritime business and is based in Johannesburg.
